Technology Warehouse Australia Repair and Return Authorisation Management System
The Aim
To design and create a simple system to maintain information on machines brought into TWA for repairs. This system would link into TWA's point of sale database in order to link to existing customers, suppliers and parts.
The Result
A system that allows for the accurate recording and reporting of all customer repairs and parts returned to TWA. This system seamlessly interacts with TWA's point of sale system in order to provide an efficient and extremely valuable information management system that has replaced their existing manual system.
